Location:
Pier 21 in the Harbour District adjacent to Willie G's Restaurant and Bar . On Friday May 9, Set-up will commence at 9:00AM and cooking will commence at 7PM. (See note below on Cooks' meeting).
Entry:
$ 300 per Cook-off Team space. Entry Fee AND cook-off application are due to the cook-off coordinator on or before April 1, 2008. Each Booth space ($300) will be limited to approximately 20' by 30'. Space is limited and spaces are assigned upon payment; on a "first come, first served basis". Pre-registration is due by February 15 and will provide the opportunity to reserve a specific cook-off location. Pre-registration payment is due no later than March 15th. Each team will complete a cook-off application to be submitted with entry fee payment. Each team will be given 5 Sponsor Party access badges and 5 complimentary Cook-off T-shirts. Additional passes can be purchased for $25 each and T-shirts will be sold during the event.
NOTE: All food and drink provided at the Friday Sponsor Party must be consumed within the Sponsor area.
If all spaces are filled by the deadline, the Cook-off Coordinator will use any and all information provided on the application to contact teams affected by cancellations and/or entry changes.
$300 entry fee is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Wild Game category will award $500.
Award plaques for 1st through 5th place finish, Lady's Event Champion, Showmanship and Chefs' Choice Champion
Judging:
A committee of judges will decide 1st - 5th place by preset criteria. Judging will be staggered by category:
